Twisted Logic

After almost a decade of existence, Atrophia Red Sun (ARS) releases their third full-length effort. Their style is most definitely their own, putting together (technical) deathmetal and extraordinary atmospheric, melodic parts (doom/industrial/death influenced). The whole CD listens very fluently, almost as if all the songs merged into one long track. Although I'm not quite fond of industrial stuff, ARS inserts these influences so well I actually don't mind them but instead I give them credit for their excellent composing abilities. Not to forget, ARS seems to have got one hell of a production, which simply increases the value of their musical effort. I'm a bit low on words here, but everything good I will say might sound cliche, while their music is far from the traditional deathmetal everyone expects. I would advise ARS to all the deathmetal fans out there... Maybe it isn't extremely br00tal like some want it, but it's very g00d to say the least.
