Aposthate is a band only in existence for two years now, and the mcd "First born evil" is their debut release. From appearances and names I would've guessed this to be blackmetal, but it's a thrash-death-black mix. I'll start with the bad comments: the production is not entirely enjoyable, it's a bit vague and not well balanced. Anyway, that's an external factor when talking about the music itself. Relentless high speed drumming and evenso non-stop riffing ensure the songs to be fast and catchy. The predominating blackmetal-ish style is appealing, and it's clear these guys have put some work in this release. It's a good start to show the world who they are, so I suggest you visit Aposthate's webcave and look for some samples!
